MEET US
Reformed Nutrition offers personal, clinical, and licensed nutrition advice from a qualified and registered dietitian (RD), ensuring patients find financially efficient solutions that meet their medical needs. As a result, both referring providers and their patients have a better chance of meeting medical and personal outcomes.
Reformed Nutrition rejects the cookie-cutter approach. I believe in equipping patients with a toolbox of strategies rather than hopping on trends. Valuing diversity, I embrace various methodologies and accommodate a wide array of approaches. At Reformed Nutrition, it’s about understanding your unique journey and empowering you with a personalized, respectful, and effective approach to achieving your health goals.

(Actually, I love people so much that I majored in food.)

Hi, I’m Stacie!
I chose this career initially out of respect for medicine and after being inspired by a friend's struggle with an eating disorder. I believe in the importance of combining academic and practical training with clinical experience. After gaining extensive clinical experience at Roper Hospital and managing a team of dietitians in Greenville, SC, I transitioned to biotechnology. Recognizing the need to reform my approach, I focused on evidence-based practices and understanding individual differences.
Encountering discrepancies between what I learned in school and what I observed in practice, I became open-minded towards popular diet approaches, seeking evidence-based research and acknowledging individual differences. My focus shifted towards understanding medicine, nutrition, and people within the context of each patient's life, rather than through my own biases or education.
My goal now is to establish Reformed Nutrition to create a supportive environment for patients, practitioners, and the community.
