Patient Feedback!

Believe it or not, at the time of this blog post, it has only been 5.5 months since Reformed Nutrition began taking patients. There have even been a few that have “graduated!” In other words, they are doing well on their own, seeing the results they want, symptoms are controlled, and 1:1 follow up is no longer necessary.

Feedback is important to personal and professional growth. Whenever a patient is “off-boarded” I will ask them to fill out a feedback form and if I have permission, I will happily share their kind words.
